Nourishing Qi with Sonia
Nourishing Autumn
Sunday 17 May | 2:00 - 4:30pm
(Limited spots available)
Join Sonia Osborne - Nutrition Consultant & Qigong Teacher for a nourishing afternoon exploring how we can support our wellbeing by working with the rhythms of the seasons.
Sonia lived in Asia for 10 years, where she discovered the healing art of Qigong - the medicinal movement practice of Chinese medicine that cultivates and balances the body's Qi (our life force energy).

As we move into Autumn, nature begins its shift toward yin energy. Just as trees shed their leaves and the air becomes cooler and drier, this is a time for slowing down, reflecting, nurturing ourselves, and gently letting go of what no longer serves us.
Sonia will guide you through the wisdom of this ancient practice
YOU WILL LEARN & RECEIVE:
