Nourishing Qi with Sonia

Nourishing Autumn

Sunday 17 May |  2:00 - 4:30pm

(Limited spots available)

Join Sonia Osborne - Nutrition Consultant & Qigong Teacher for a nourishing afternoon exploring how we can support our wellbeing by working with the rhythms of the seasons.

Sonia lived in Asia for 10 years, where she discovered the healing art of Qigong - the medicinal movement practice of Chinese medicine that cultivates and balances the body's Qi (our life force energy).

As we move into Autumn, nature begins its shift toward yin energy. Just as trees shed their leaves and the air becomes cooler and drier, this is a time for slowing down, reflecting, nurturing ourselves, and gently letting go of what no longer serves us.

Client Testimonials

"Thank you so much Sonia for sharing your knowledge with us, and thanks Physiosports for facilitating this. I learnt so much and really found it very informative and I have told ALL of my friends about it (so I hope you run it again soon). I wasn't aware of how much the falling hormone levels in menopause impacted so broadly on so many body systems and how hormone changes interact with the stress response and development of symptoms. I need to change a few things in my life!! I also really appreciated all the tips, recipes, links to other resources that Sonia provided."
