Service Description
Sonia will review your health status and history, current diet, exercise, lifestyle and goals, to determine a clear plan for you to achieve the wellness or weight loss you desire. Your personal recommendations are based on your individual circumstances and what’s achievable. You’ll be 100% set up for success. INCLUDES: 1.5-hour initial session — We go through your Wellness Assessment (and any blood work or test results) to define the recommended changes. You will receive an email summary of your session along with key recipes, supplement suggestions or further tests if required. You walk away with a clear understanding of what you need to do to achieve your goals.
